Why UX matters

Many I know in my industry don't want to get anywhere near software UX. I think their aversion is misguided, and it's actually one of the most important parts of a software product.

I avoid products that are frustrating to use. I would rather pay for a lightning fast, beautifully designed, and thought-out product. Excellent products get used and shared.
