Choosing cloud providers

I've tried a few cloud providers, and my preference is for stable, reliable, and developer-friendly ones, even at the cost of higher prices. Any of the three major cloud providers, AWS, Azure, and GCP I would recommend. This methodology is similar to how I prefer Debian over Arch. Cloud providers I wouldn't choose are the minor players such as Vultr, Linode, Scaleway, Render, Railway, Vercel, Heroku, Hetzner, and Fly.io. I would only consider these for learning, fun, or small-scale projects, as if they ever become successful, I would need to migrate to a major cloud provider anyway. DigitalOcean is a unique case as it's a moderate player.
